The Thunder River name draws from the Roaring Fork River near Aspen, powerful, fast-moving, and resilient, qualities we bring to every job.

It’s also a tribute to our great-grandfather, who owned Thunder River Realty in Aspen decades ago long before it was sold to investors and transformed into the Aspen we know today. That legacy is the foundation we’re building on today. With the support of our families, we started TRS to serve our neighbors the right way: honest pricing, reliable service, and a crew that actually shows up. Whether it’s a garage cleanout, a demolition job, or hauling away years of clutter, we treat every project like it matters because to us, it does.
